• Consumer Agreement

• Sorry but Fashionmommy does not do any birthdays, holidays, political, religious symbols or designs, profanity, adult X-rated.  You must submit a design or logo that you have permission to use and reproduce.

  
  

  Please note that not all of our materials are lead compliant and one should purchase these materials at their own risk.

  It is recommended that Hot Fix stones and studs not be used for items made for infants, toddlers, or other young children, who may be more likely to place these items in their mouths, and may present a choking hazard.

  
  




• Shipping & Delivery
• • Items are shipped within 7-10 days of checkout.
  • Bulk orders and some custom orders may take longer to ship. 
  • PLEASE NOTE: IN TRANSIT SOME STONES MAY SHIFT.  We pack our transfers very tightly and safely to ensure your item arrives intact.   However sometimes there are a few stones that shift.  These will require you to place the stones back into place with tweezers before ironing.
  • Some larger transfers will be shipped in two pieces.  This is to ensure your transfer arrives intact. The two pieces will be easy to line up and iron on.
  • Please email us with questions about shipping and production times.
  •  We do not ship items on Sat, Sun or US holidays. 

  • We ship Mon-Fri only.
  • Orders over $200.00 we add signature confirmation.
  • All items will be shipped to your Paypal account unless an email is sent to us.
  • Payment is due within 7 days of auction closing. 
  • Items will not be shipped until funds clear.
  • Production of items will not begin until payment has been made and cleared.

• FashionMommy charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.




• Return Policy

• You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). FashionMommy reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

  Non-custom items can be returned. Refunds issued only after items are received and inspected by seller. Returns are processed Mon-Fri. 

  Custom & personalized items are NOT returned.

  Please read all terms and measurements carefully and contact us with any questions prior to placing an order to ensure satisfaction.
